Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological and congenital conditions, from pediatric to geriatric.

Spending time with family, walking and playing with my dog, health and wellness coaching (Team Beachbody) and traveling are just a few of my favorite interests. Photography and crosswords are my most recent enjoyments.

I have special interest in treating orthopedic and balance conditions. The shoulder, knee and ankle fascinate me the most with their intricacy and importance for posture, stability and skeletal supporting functions. Manual therapy techniques, including fascial counterstrain and kinesiotaping, are other techniques I use to enhance the recovery process.

The fascinations of the human body, "our machine", and the evolution of medicine intrigues me as to the consistent need to master and achieve new facets of care.

Why Physical Therapy?

There is nothing more gratifying than restoring a patient's function, improving their independence and ultimately enhancing quality of life!
