Born in Goldendale, WA, raised in Prosser, WA.
BA, Elementary Education, Eastern Wa. University, 1995
Doctorate in Physical Therapy, University of Puget Sound, 2003
Practicing physical therapy in the Tri-Cities since 2003.

I enjoy spending time with my family, am an active member in my church (Kennewick First United Methodist), like to read for relaxation, and am participating in a Mastery Program for Fascial Counterstrain in Portland, OR.

Pelvic Floor Rehab: As a pelvic floor Physicial therapist I help patients with urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, endometriosis, pelvic pain conditions or irritable bowel syndrome to better manage their symptoms through strengthening, myofascial release and neuromuscular re-education techniques.

Lymphedema Management: As a Lymphedema Therapist, I work with patients with edema and lymphedema management problems to reduce the swelling and fibrosis.

Fascial Counterstrain: The connective tissue layers in our body are termed fascia. This complex system of tissues impacts the arteries, lymphatics, veins and nerves. By studying the anatomy of each system and learning how to counter the strains each system has been subjected to, I can help patients normalize function of joints, muscles, visceral organs, and nerves.

Why Physical Therapy?

After three years of classroom teaching with 25+ students I realized my passion was to work with people one-on-one. I returned to college and entered physical therapy school. I love what I do now.  The intracacies of the human body continue to surprise me with new information daily.
